Our Pledge
We pledge to make our community an open and welcoming space for all, regardless of background, experience, or identity. We are committed to a harassment-free experience where all members are treated with kindness, respect, and dignity.
Who We Are
We’re a global community of conscious leaders dedicated to healing and positive impact.
Our members come from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to lead with purpose and collaborate for global change. Together, we support each other on the journey of personal growth and collective action, building a community focused on transformation and conscious leadership.
What we mean by ‘Conscious Leaders’
A conscious leader leads with self-awareness, responsibility, and a commitment to growth.
They make decisions from the heart, not out of fear, fostering trust and collaboration while working towards the well-being of their team, community, and the planet. And while the timing or environment might not always be right for them succeed, they’ll keep trying again.
Through this heart-led approach, conscious leaders inspire others to act with integrity and purpose, creating a positive and lasting impact. And show that there’s always another chance for everyone to do better.
Guidelines on Becoming a Conscious Leader:
Let Inner Work Be Your Compass
Many of us seek a grand, purpose-driven life. While this can be true, it’s also about surrendering to life and cultivating gratitude for all living things. The real key lies in looking inward—daring to understand what has shaped our behaviors and how our daily decisions impact both the planet and those around us. True conscious leadership begins with self-awareness.
Embrace and Integrate Your Shadows
As humans, we all possess the potential for both darkness and beauty. Acknowledging and integrating our shadows—rather than denying or avoiding them—can be transformative. By understanding our triggers and our darker sides, we transcend them and grow into more conscious beings. Our shadows are not obstacles; they are guides to deeper self-awareness.
Synergies Over Competition
Conscious leaders understand the value of "co-opetition," where potential collaborators are seen as assets, not threats. By fostering healthy synergies with other organizations and individuals, we expand our vision and mission rather than fear losing something. Working together amplifies our collective impact.
Celebrate Diversity Over Uniformity
Our world thrives on diversity. Conscious leadership requires embracing the various social and environmental representations of justice, as they come in all shapes and forms. Instead of seeking uniformity, let’s celebrate the richness of diverse perspectives, cultures, and approaches, as they are vital to true progress and transformation.
Focus on Building a New Earth
To reshape reality, we must shift our perceptions of time and space. The world won’t end tomorrow unless we continue to feed into negativity and fear. As daunting as current challenges may seem, conscious leaders stay focused on their inner power to effect change. We are storytellers, and it’s time we craft empowering, positive narratives that help reshape the future. Our collective capacity to imagine and create new possibilities starts from within.
Our Standards
We expect all members to:

♥️ Be respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences.
♥️ Give and accept constructive feedback with care.
♥️ Take responsibility for mistakes and learn from them.
♥️ Focus on the well-being of the entire community.
The following behaviours will not be tolerated
❌ Trolling, discriminatory language or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks.
❌ Public or private harassment. This includes discriminatory or prejudicial comments.
❌ Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or email address, without consent.
❌ The use of sexualised language or imagery, and sexual attention or advances of any kind.
❌ Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.
❌ No direct solicitation or direct bookings with Conscious Festival facilitators, affiliates or partners without our consent or approval
Our Rules
We also enforce the following rules to ensure members feel comfortable being open and vulnerable in the questions they ask and the relationships they build in the community.
No unsolicited marketing or spam
To maintain the quality of our community, unsolicited marketing and spam are not permitted.
No constant promotion of your work or irrelevant marketing.
No promotional posts for blogs or social media engagement boosts.
To maintain the integrity and safety of our community, please do not message facilitators directly for personal requests or free advice. All sessions must be booked via the official platform. Members who breach this agreement may be removed from the community.
We encourage genuine participation. Share your work organically but avoid constant promotion or irrelevant marketing.
Stay on topic
Our community is focused on conscious leadership and healing. Keep discussions relevant to these themes, with space for broader discussions in designated areas.
If an off-topic comment is posted it will be removed.
While political discourse is important, we ask that members refrain from political discussions in this space.
Don't post, share, or solicit illegal content.
This is not a marketplace
The primary motive of this space is not self-promotion or selling. Please refrain from engaging for the sake of selling.
What is allowed:
In your introduction, you may share a link to your work so members can explore it on their terms.
You can discuss products that have genuinely benefited you.
Feel free to ask questions or seek feedback about your product or service. You may include a link for context (but please use this wisely).
Real names and transparency
We value authentic connections. Please use real names and company affiliations to foster trust within the community.
Zero Tolerance for Hate
Each of us contributes to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive community.
Any discussions, posts, messages, actions, or comments that propagate hate—whether through racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, biphobia, queer-phobia, ableism, or ageism—are strictly prohibited in the Conscious Leaders Circle.
In-Person Event Community Guidelines
We uphold the same standards for our in-person events as we do in our online community.
Serious violations, such as threats of harm or harassment toward another member, may result in immediate removal without a prior warning. Admins reserve the right to make these decisions without discussion if necessary.
Respect personal space, regardless of familiarity.
Always seek permission before touching someone, taking their photo, or filming them.
Consent is not one-time only.
Always ask for consent if you wish to film, photograph, or touch someone.
When consuming alcohol, remember that being drunk is never an excuse for harmful or abusive behaviour.
Do not pressure anyone to consume alcohol.

Enforcement Policy
👀 If you witness a violation of these guidelines, please report it via email at **concierge@theconsciousfestival.com.** Reports will be reviewed promptly, and necessary actions will be taken to ensure community safety. Repeated violations may result in removal from the community.

These guidelines apply both online and offline and may be changed or updated in the future as we continue to learn and grow. We're always grateful for feedback along the way. 🫶
