• Only approved CLC members may be listed in the directory.

• Any misleading, false, or inappropriate entries may result in removal from the directory.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal details (e.g., date of birth, nationality, and contact information) will not be publicly visible and are only collected for internal purposes.

• CLC will not share or sell your data to third parties without consent.

• If you wish to update or remove your information, you may contact us at any time.

4. Responsible Use & Conduct

• The directory is strictly for networking and collaboration purposes—mass solicitation, sales outreach, or spam of any kind is prohibited.

• Members are expected to engage with others respectfully and professionally.

• Any misuse of the directory or our Community Guidelines may result in removal from the community.

5. Updates & Modifications

CLC reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Continued participation in the directory implies acceptance of any revised terms.

If you have any concerns or wish to opt out, please write before the event.
