Arrive and settle
Begin with a welcome and intention, followed by Yoga Nidra and a guided Mountain Journey to bring your attention to the body and breath.
An elemental journey in seven movements
Experience a live soundscape of acoustic instruments and voice. Bowls, handpan, flute, guitar and percussion bring changing textures and rhythms to each movement, with space to listen, rest and feel.
Voice, mantra and silence
Live vocals and mantra lead into quiet integration. You are welcome to join your voice or simply listen.
Cacao and connection
Return gently to the room with a cacao ceremony and sharing circle—a moment to reflect on the experience and connect with those around you.
Meet your facilitators
Angelina Li
Sound healer, Yoga Nidra teacher and artist. Angelina brings together crystal and singing bowls, handpan, voice and guided meditative practice, creating a welcoming space for rest and attentive listening.
Sean Lee-Davies
Multi-instrumentalist, sound and voice practitioner, and Chief Curator of The Conscious Festival. Sean combines flute, guitar, percussion and vocals with an approach shaped by creativity, contemplative practice and connection.
What to know
Duration: Two hours.
What’s included: Live instrumental and vocal performance, guided Yoga Nidra, the seven-movement sound journey, mantra, cacao and a sharing circle.
Mats: Yoga mats are provided by Soho House.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for sitting and lying down.
Experience: No previous meditation or sound-healing experience is needed. Participation in singing and sharing is optional.
